Shipping Policy
All products ship F.O.B. Factory at the customer’s expense unless otherwise quoted. Our preferred method of shipping is via FedEx or UPS Ground and USPS. Certain products will need to ship by common carrier and we will choose the best way unless otherwise requested. Specific shipment dates cannot be guaranteed, due to possible material shortages, accidents, strikes, governmental regulations and other factors and conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to hold shipment of all open orders to customers whose account is past due. Please note: Posted rates reflect business address shipments only. Shipments to residential addresses may be subject to additional charges.
SHIPPING
- We use UPS, FedEx and USPS.
- We’re sorry, but we do not support shipping to multiple addresses. To ship items to more than one address, you’ll need to create a separate order for each shipping address.
- We do not ship to PO Box address
- Where do we ship: We ship to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
- HSD Amenities website only accepts contiguous U.S. shipments. Canadian, Alaskan, and Hawaiian customers are asked to contact us with your inquiry by email: contact.hsd@gmail.com before placing orders. If you are located outside the United States and Canada, we can accommodate orders if shipping to a freight forwarder of your choice. Once the shipment has been received by your freight forwarder, we are not liable for any damages that may occur between your freight forwarder and end destination.
